Website Terms of Use
Last updated: September 1, 2026
These terms govern the Audit Otter public website at www.auditotter.com. They are an agreement between you and Abrega Inc., doing business as Audit Otter ("Abrega", "we", "us"). They do not govern a customer's subscription to or use of the Audit Otter Marketplace application.
1. Website and application terms are separate
Customer use of the Audit Otter application is governed by the end-user agreement and Provider-Specific Terms presented through the Atlassian Marketplace, together with any documents incorporated there. The application agreement does not replace these website terms, and these website terms do not modify the application agreement.
2. What this site is
The site describes Audit Otter and lets you sign up for launch updates. Content is provided for general information. It may change as the product evolves, and interface previews may differ from the shipped product. Statistics shown in product previews are illustrative examples, not measurements from a real customer.
3. Launch updates
If you submit your email address, you consent to receiving an email when Audit Otter launches on the Atlassian Marketplace and closely related launch news. Withdraw consent at any time via privacy@auditotter.com. Our handling of your address is described in the Privacy Policy.
4. Acceptable use
- Do not probe, scan, or attack the site, attempt unauthorized access, or disrupt its availability.
- Do not submit email addresses you are not authorized to submit.
- Do not scrape or harvest content in a way that burdens the service or misrepresents its source.
Security researchers should report suspected vulnerabilities to security@auditotter.com. We support coordinated disclosure and will not pursue good-faith research conducted in that spirit.
5. Intellectual property
The site's original content, design, software, illustrations, and the Audit Otter name and otter mark are owned by Abrega Inc. You may not use them to imply endorsement or affiliation without written permission.
Atlassian, Jira, Confluence, Jira Service Management, and Forge are trademarks of Atlassian Pty Ltd. "SOC 2" refers to a reporting framework of the AICPA; "ISO/IEC 27001" refers to a standard published by ISO and IEC. Marks are shown to identify products and frameworks discussed on this site. Abrega is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or certified by Atlassian, the AICPA, ISO, or IEC.
6. Website disclaimer
The site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Nothing on this site is legal, audit, accounting, certification, or other professional advice.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Abrega will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Abrega's total liability arising out of or relating to the site is limited to one hundred US dollars. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
8. Third-party services
The site links to third-party services, including the Atlassian Marketplace. Those services are governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for them.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these website terms as the site evolves. The date at the top reflects the latest version. Changes to these website terms do not amend an existing application agreement.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and disputes are subject to the state and federal courts located in Delaware. Mandatory consumer protections of your place of residence are unaffected where they apply.
